Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support to students with special educational needs.
- Collaborate with teachers and specialists to implement tailored support strategies.
- Assist with personal care and daily tasks for students where required.
- Foster a positive, encouraging classroom atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children with SEN is essential.
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service.
