Welcome to the GSL Education - Watford Branch!

The branch was established in April 2020 with the GSL ethos of importance on a 'quality over quantity' approach to recruitment. The focus is on the duty of care toward the candidate and client. This is done by having a holistic approach to each individual candidate and school.

We will listen to your journey and where you want to get to, then establish the types of schools and environments where you can succeed. We want to help you achieve your professional goals and help guide you to finding your next role.

From the Watford office we provide support to schools in all sectors, from mainstream to independent and SEND.  We cover the areas of Watford, the rest of Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, and all West London.

We provide staff for all aspects of the school from administration all the way through to the senior leadership and everything else in between.

We work with the full range of schools. We offer flexible daily supply roles, short / long term contracts along with full-time permanent roles.
