Salary: £13.68 - £14.88 per hour (Depending on experience)

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Team up with teachers to create fun and engaging lessons.
- Support students in their academic journey, boosting their confidence and skills.
- Offer tailored help, whether one-on-one or in small groups, to those who need extra support.
- Create a welcoming space where every student feels valued and included.
- Keep the classroom running smoothly by assisting with organisation, behaviour, and lesson prep.
- Encourage participation, helping students stay engaged and motivated.
- Track progress and provide feedback to help students reach their full potential.
- Lend a hand during school activities, including break times, trips, and special events.
- Work closely with teachers and staff to make learning exciting and accessible for all.
We're Looking For:
- Classroom Experience: You've got hands-on experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar school role.
- Love of Learning: You're genuinely passionate about helping students thrive.
- Team Player: You communicate brilliantly with teachers and students.
- Adaptable & Flexible: You can tailor your support to fit different learning styles.
- Ready to Go: You have a recent CV (last 10 years, no gaps!) and either an up-to-date enhanced DBS check registered to the update service orare happy to apply for one!
