SEN Teaching Assistant – Immediate Start in Cosham!!
About the Role:
We are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with a wide range of needs in a SEN schools in Cosham. The school is committed to creating an inclusive and positive environment, offering support to children with additional needs. You’ll be part of a skilled and compassionate team that fosters a supportive and enriching educational experience. As part of the role, you’ll benefit from full preparation and support, including a meet-and-greet session and a trial day to ensure you’re confident and comfortable in your new role.

- PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities)
- SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health)
- Complex Needs
- ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder)
Key Details:
- Start Date: ASAP – Flexible openings to match your schedule.
- Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Perm – Start on a temporary contract, with the potential to move into a permanent role.
- Pay: £80-£100 per day – Competitive weekly pay, depending on experience.

- A passion for working with young people with special educational needs.
- Previous education or care experience is an advantage, but not essential.
- Strong communication, patience, and resilience.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
- Willingness to undertake relevant training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
