Pay Scale: £33,075 - £50,471 (Depending on experience)

Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging history lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
- Foster critical thinking and analytical skills by encouraging students to explore historical events and their significance.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity and participation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the History department and share best practices.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Specialisation in History with strong subject knowledge.
- Experience teaching History at secondary school level.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
