I started working in Education Recruitment around 8 Years ago as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. I started climbing the recruitment career ladder over the years to eventually become a Branch Manager for GSL Education in 2017.
For me, providing Teachers, Teaching Assistants and SEN support staff to Mainstream Primary Schools across Leicester and Leicestershire has always been my focus which has led me to develop fantastic relationships with my clientele.
I have always had a very personable approach towards my schools and candidates, allowing me to gain strong relationships and loyalty over the years. As a result, I still have the pleasure of working with clients and staff from when I first started in 2012 whilst also welcoming new faces along the way.
I enjoy the fast-paced environment the day to day and long-term supply brings and am always willing to go the extra mile to provide the best possible service to my Schools and Candidates.
Away from the office I enjoy long dog walks and spending time with my family and friends.
