With an intimate understanding of schools within the area, I am well placed to identify complementary candidates to the needs of local education establishments. I am a qualified teacher myself and won 'Kent Primary Teacher of the Year Award' whilst working at Primary School in Tonbridge.
I then moved to Melbourne, Australia and worked as an International Recruitment Consultant, sending teachers to the UK during the national shortage crisis.
