Pay Scale: £150 – £230 per day (Depending on Experience)

About the Role:
As a Primary Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering engaging and effective lessons that cater to the diverse needs of pupils. Your dedication will help create a positive learning environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities of the Primary Teacher:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all pupils.
- Develop a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters confidence and independence.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, implementing effective differentiation and intervention strategies.
- Use creative and adaptive teaching methods to engage pupils and enhance their learning experiences.
- Foster positive behaviour management strategies to encourage student engagement.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to enhance pupil development.
- Contribute to the wider school community, participating in staff meetings, extracurricular activities, and school initiatives.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in primary schools.
- Have a strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment methods.
- Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire pupils.
- Show a commitment to raising pupil attainment through innovative and differentiated teaching strategies.
- Have experience working with pupils of varying abilities, including those with SEND or EAL needs.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
- Be available full-time and eager to contribute to school life.
- Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years, barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
