About the Role:

As a PPA Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education across various subjects, ensuring continuity of learning during teachers' planning, preparation, and assessment (PPA) time. Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to create engaging and impactful lessons that meet the diverse needs of every student. Key Responsibilities of PPA Teacher:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons across various subjects, ensuring all students are motivated and challenged.
  • Teach students, covering classes during teachers' PPA time.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external partners to enhance the curriculum and support student development.

Requirements of PPA Teacher:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience in teaching across various subjects is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • The ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best.
  • Commitment to promoting a love for learning and curiosity about the world.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in education (desirable but not essential).
