Role Overview:
As a PPA Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality education across different subjects, ensuring students receive consistent and engaging lessons during their teachers' planning, preparation, and assessment time. You will work alongside a team of dedicated professionals to create effective lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons across various subjects, ensuring all students are motivated and challenged.
- Teach students, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
- Organise and supervise extracurricular activities and events, fostering a sense of curiosity and enthusiasm for learning.
- Monitor and assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and encouraged to participate.
- Promote health and safety in all activities, ensuring students understand the importance of safe practices.
Essential Qualifications:
- Qualified Teaching Status (QTS), or equivalent certification.
- Be able to provide a ten-year career history with relevant reference details covering the last two years, including your most recent place of academic employment.
- Experience in teaching across various subjects is essential.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- The ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best in their studies.
- Commitment to promoting a love for learning and a curiosity about various subjects.
- Relevant qualifications or training in education (desirable but not essential).
