Location: Swale
Salary: £120 – £250 per day (Depending on Experience)

As a Teacher of Psychology, your role will include:
• Planning and delivering engaging, research-informed lessons that bring psychological theories and studies to life.
• Inspiring students to think analytically, question assumptions, and apply their learning to real-world scenarios.
• Monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback to support academic development.
• Creating an inclusive and thought-provoking classroom environment that fosters curiosity and respect.
• Working closely with colleagues in a supportive department to share best practices and raise student achievement.
To be considered for the Psychology Teacher role, you must:
• Hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTLS).
• Have a degree in Psychology or a closely related subject.
• Have experience teaching Psychology in secondary or post-16 settings.
• Be an excellent communicator with a passion for student progress and mental wellbeing.
• Be committed to delivering high-quality teaching and creating a positive classroom experience.
