Job Title: Classroom Teacher
Location: Poole, Dorset
Salary: £30,000 – £46,535 per annum (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate/September 2025
Contract Type: Full-time/Permanent

Your Key Tasks and Duties:
- Inspire Young Learners: Teach creative and exciting lessons that help children grow.
- Support All Abilities: Make learning fun and accessible for every child, no matter their level.
- Track Progress: See how your students are doing and help them improve.
- Create a Happy Classroom: Build a safe and positive learning space.
- Be a Team Player: Work with other teachers to share ideas and support each other.
What You Need:
- Teaching Certificate: QTS or ECT – this is a must.
- Primary School Experience: Experience in a mainstream setting is essential.
- SEN Experience: Not required, but a big bonus!
- Overseas Teachers Welcome: We encourage applications from qualified teachers trained outside the UK.
- Strong Teaching Skills: Good classroom management and the ability to connect with young learners.
- Updated Paperwork: A full and current CV (covering the last 10 years with any gaps explained) and an enhanced DBS registered on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
