Job Title: Primary Teaching Assistant (TA)
Location: Sunderland
Salary: £84 - £108 per day (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Daily Supply, Long-Term

✨ About the Role:
You’ll be working closely with teachers and pupils, offering both one-to-one and group support to help children succeed academically and emotionally. No two days will be the same – but every day will be rewarding!
Key Responsibilities of a Primary Teaching Assistant:
✅ Assist teachers in delivering fun and engaging lessons
✅ Provide small group and one-to-one learning support
✅ Help create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
✅ Prepare learning resources and assist with classroom activities
✅ Support pupils' social and emotional development
✅ Encourage curiosity, confidence, and a love for learning
What We’re Looking For in a Primary Teaching Assistant:
A relevant qualification or a degree in education (desirable)
A nurturing, proactive, and enthusiastic approach
A fully checkable work history
Flexibility to work across different classroom environments
Team-player with great communication skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
