Job Title: Classroom Teacher
Location: Christchurch, Dorset
Salary: £30,000 - £46,535 per annum (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate/After Summer 2025
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Teach fun and interesting lessons that help children learn and enjoy school.
- Create a safe and caring classroom where every child feels included.
- Encourage students to do their best and support their progress.
- Manage classroom behaviour in a calm and positive way.
- Work with other teachers and staff to support every child’s needs.
- Track students’ progress and talk with parents and staff about how they’re doing.
What We’re Looking For:
- You have QTS or are a newly qualified ECT.
- You’ve taught in a primary school (EYFS, KS1 or KS2).
- You love working with children and helping them learn.
- You’re good at managing a classroom and keeping students focused.
- You’re friendly, patient, and a team player.
- You have a CV covering the last 10 years, with any gaps explained.
- You have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or are willing to apply for one).
- Experience with SEN (Special Educational Needs) is a bonus.
