Salary: £30,000 - £46,535 per annum (Depending on experience)

GSL Education are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary QTS Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Bournemouth. If you’re passionate about working with young learners and eager to make a positive difference, this is your opportunity to shine!
As a Primary QTS Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering engaging lessons and helping students grow academically, socially, and emotionally. This position is ideal for both Qualified Teachers (QTS) and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking for a full-time, permanent role in a supportive environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver creative and interactive lessons across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2.
- Build an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment.
- Support academic, social, and emotional development for all pupils.
- Promote positive behaviour and strong classroom relationships.
- Monitor progress, provide feedback, and plan for individual learning needs.
- Work closely with staff to ensure the success of each child.
Requirements:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or ECT status is essential.
- Experience in teaching within primary mainstream education.
- SEN experience is highly beneficial.
- A passion for child development and high-quality teaching.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- A full CV covering the last 10 years, with any gaps clearly explained.
- An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through GSL Education).
