Secondary Teaching Assistant – Doncaster
Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire
Salary: £85 – £100 per day
Start Date: ASAP

What You’ll Be Doing:

Provide one-to-one or small group support, helping students stay engaged and on track.

Assist teachers in delivering dynamic and tailored lessons.

Support pupils with SEN, behavioural challenges, or additional learning needs.

Help to manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment.

Encourage student confidence, participation, and independence.

Supervise students during breaks, lunchtimes, and school activities.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with secondary-aged students (e.g. in schools, tutoring, or youth work).

Understanding of SEN, Autism, ADHD, and behavioural needs is an advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A calm, adaptable, and proactive mindset.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
