The ideal candidate will have experience teaching GCSE Drama and BTEC Level 3 Performing Arts, with a flair for engaging lessons that bring the stage to life. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Drama Teacher looking to make a real impact in a supportive and vibrant school setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver outstanding Drama lessons at KS4 and BTEC Level 3 Performing Arts.

Foster a love for performance and creativity in a range of students.

Prepare students for both practical and theoretical assessments.

Support school productions and extra-curricular performing arts activities.

Work collaboratively with colleagues in the Creative Arts department to enhance the curriculum.
The Ideal Drama Teacher Will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.

Have proven experience teaching Drama up to GCSE and BTEC Level 3 Performing Arts.

Be creative, enthusiastic, and able to engage students through dynamic lesson delivery.

Demonstrate strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.

Be passionate about the performing arts and developing students’ confidence and self-expression.
