KS2 Class Teacher
Location: Hull
Salary: £130 - £220 per day (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long-term, Full-time / Part-time

Responsibilities of Key Stage 2 Class Teacher:
- Teach all areas of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
- Create a positive, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
- Prepare and deliver creative and engaging lessons tailored to pupil needs.
- Assess, record, and report on pupil progress and development.
- Maintain effective classroom management and behaviour strategies.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and parents.
- Support the emotional, social, and academic needs of all learners.
- Implement school policies, including those on safeguarding and assessment.
- Use a range of teaching methods and ICT to enhance learning.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and school events.
Requirements for KS2 Class Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Proven experience teaching in KS2.
- Strong behaviour management and classroom control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A creative and adaptable approach to teaching and learning.
- Ability to plan and differentiate lessons to meet diverse learning needs.
- A commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of pupils.
- A valid enhanced DBS registered on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
