Teaching Assistant – Enfield
Location: Enfield
Salary: £90 to £110 per day (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time, Long-Term

Role Responsibilities:

Provide individualised learning and behavioural support to pupils with SEN.

Support classroom activities and work under the direction of the class teacher.

Encourage and motivate pupils to reach their full potential.

Assist with the implementation of EHCPs and behaviour management plans.
Candidate Profile:

Experience in SEN settings is desirable.

Calm, empathetic, and motivated to support children with complex needs.

Strong grasp of safeguarding principles and a team-player mindset.
