Job Title: Flexible Teacher for Primary
Location: Poole, Dorset
Pay Rate: £93 - £140 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Easter 2025/September 2025
Contract Type: Full-Time (Permanent) - Part-time can also be arranged for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities of Flexible Teacher for Primary:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students, ensuring all students are motivated and challenged.
- Teach students across various age groups and subjects.
- Organise and supervise extracurricular activities and events, fostering a sense of curiosity and enthusiasm for learning.
- Monitor and assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external partners to enhance the curriculum and support student development.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and encouraged to participate.
- Promote health and safety in all activities, ensuring students understand the importance of safe practices.
Requirements of Flexible Teacher for Primary:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or equivalent.
- Uni students are also encouraged to apply!
- Experience in teaching is essential.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- The ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best.
- Commitment to promoting a love for learning and curiosity about the world.
- Relevant qualifications or training in education (desirable but not essential).
