Salary: £13.68 to £14.88 per hour (Depending on experience)

You will work closely with teachers to support students who need extra help with their schoolwork and learning. This means helping with lessons, working with students one-on-one or in small groups, and making sure the classroom is a happy and safe place. You'll help students with their learning, their feelings, and their social skills. Join our team and help us make a positive impact on these children's lives.
Duties of the Role:
- Work with teachers to make lessons fun.
- Guide students with their schoolwork, feelings, and friendships.
- Give extra learning time to students who need it.
- Make the classroom a good place for everyone.
- Keep the classroom tidy and encourage good behaviour.
- Listen to students and help them feel understood.
- Share helpful information with teachers about how students are doing.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally with SEN experience.
- A strong desire to support students' learning is essential.
- Good communication skills are needed for working with teachers and students."
- Ability to adapt support to meet individual student needs is necessary."
- A recent CV (covering the last 10 years) and a valid enhanced DBS registered on the update service (or willingness to obtain one are required.)
