Cover Supervisor
Location: A school in Lincoln
Salary: £90 - £110 per day
Start Date: Easter 2025
Contract Type: Full-Time, Temporary
GSL Education Lincolnshire is looking for a confident and adaptable Cover Supervisor to work in a secondary school in Lincoln. If you have experience working with young people and are looking for a flexible role in education, this could be the perfect opportunity.
Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-set lesson plans in the absence of the class teacher.

Maintain classroom discipline and ensure students remain on task.

Support students with their learning and respond to any queries.

Liaise with teachers and staff to ensure a smooth handover of lesson content.
Requirements:

Previous experience working with young people in a school or similar setting.

Strong classroom management and communication skills.

The ability to adapt quickly to different subjects and age groups.

Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to pay for one through GSL Education Lincolnshire.
