Teaching Assistant
Location: A school in Boston
Salary: £85 - £95 per day
Start Date: Easter 2025
Contract Type: Full-Time, Temporary
GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a supportive secondary school in Boston. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to students' academic success while gaining valuable classroom experience.
Responsibilities:

Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.

Provide tailored support to students on a one-to-one or small group basis.

Help manage classroom behaviour and encourage positive learning experiences.

Support students with special educational needs to ensure full access to the curriculum.

Work collaboratively with teachers and school staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a classroom or educational setting is desirable.

A proactive and adaptable approach to working with students.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to pay for one through GSL Education Lincolnshire.
