Role: Cover Supervisor (CS)
Location: Northfleet
Salary: £85 - £95 per day (Depending on experience)
Start: Immediate
Contract: Temp-to-Perm

Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes during the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring that students remain on task and complete set work.
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive, productive learning environment.
- Provide support to students as needed, offering guidance on their tasks and helping with any queries they may have.
- Liaise with teaching staff to ensure the smooth transition of lesson plans and continuity of learning.
- Monitor and support students' progress, reporting any concerns to appropriate staff.
- Follow the school’s safeguarding and behaviour management policies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in an educational setting is preferred, but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Enthusiastic and flexible approach to working with students across different age groups.
- Ability to follow lesson plans and provide support to students as needed.
- Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years, barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
