Salary: £85-£130 per day (Depending on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging, accessible, and tailored lessons that inspire and support students with SEN.
- Offer personalised one-on-one and small-group assistance, helping students navigate challenges and achieve academic success.
- Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment where every student feels valued and empowered.
- Provide essential support for students' academic, emotional, and social development, ensuring they have the tools to thrive.
- Assist in maintaining an organised and structured classroom, aiding with behaviour management and lesson preparation.
Criteria for Applicants:
- Hands-on experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant in a school setting or a similar role where you’ve supported students with additional needs.
- A real passion for helping students with SEN thrive in their education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and students.
- The ability to adapt and tailor support to different learning needs and classroom dynamics.
- An updated CV (covering the last decade with no unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS check registered on the update service (or the willingness to apply for one).
