SEND Teaching Assistant (SEND TA) – North Shields
Pay: £84 - £108 per day (Depending on Experience)
Location: North Shields
Start: Immediate
Contract: Daily Supply | Long-term

Your Role:
✔️ Work closely with teachers to create tailored learning plans.
✔️ Provide 1:1 and small group interventions to support learning.
✔️ Encourage positive interactions and model appropriate behaviour.
✔️ Assist in fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
✔️ Maintain records of student progress and collaborate with parents and professionals.
What You Need:
Experience as a SEND Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
A genuine passion for helping students with SEND.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Relevant qualifications or training in education (desirable).
Enhanced DBS (on the update service) or willingness to apply.
