Cover Supervisor
Location: A school in Boston
Salary: £90 - £110 per day
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Full-Time, Temporary
Are you confident in managing a classroom and looking for experience in education? GSL Education Lincolnshire is currently recruiting for a Cover Supervisor to work in a secondary school in Boston. This role is ideal for aspiring teachers or graduates looking to gain valuable classroom experience.
Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the regular teacher.

Maintain a productive classroom environment and ensure student engagement.

Manage classroom behaviour, ensuring a respectful and focused atmosphere.

Provide feedback on lessons and student behaviour to teaching staff.
Requirements:

Strong communication skills and the confidence to lead a class.

Previous experience working with young people is advantageous.

Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.

Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to pay for one through GSL Education Lincolnshire.
