Salary: £31,650 - £49,084 per annum (MPS/UPS) (Depending on experience)
Contract Type: Permanent/Full time

About the Role:
As a SEN Teacher, you'll be at the forefront of delivering tailored educational experiences, ensuring that every student receives the support they need to thrive. Key Responsibilities of SEN Teacher:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students with special educational needs, ensuring all students are motivated and challenged.
- Teach students across various age groups, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
- Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students, monitoring and assessing their progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external partners to enhance the SEN curriculum and support student development.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and encouraged to participate.
- Promote health and safety in all activities, ensuring students understand the importance of safe practices.
Requirements of SEN Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience in teaching students with special educational needs is essential.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- The ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best.
- Commitment to promoting a love for learning and a curiosity about the world.
- Relevant qualifications or training in special educational needs (desirable but not essential).
