Salary: £100 - £125 per day (Depending on Experience)

You will be responsible for delivering pre-set lesson plans, maintaining a positive learning environment, and ensuring students stay engaged in their studies.
This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or individuals with experience in youth work, coaching, or mentoring who are looking to gain valuable classroom experience.
Responsibilities of the Cover Supervisor:
- Supervise and deliver pre-planned lessons across various subjects.
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a productive learning environment.
- Support students in their learning and encourage engagement.
- Adapt to different classrooms and year groups as needed.
- Report any student progress or concerns to teaching staff.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage a classroom with confidence and enthusiasm.
- A passion for education and working with young people.
- Previous experience in a similar role (desirable but not essential).
- An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
