French Teacher
Location: Medway
Salary: £120 - £250 per day
Start Date: Term 5
Contract Type: Full-time, until the end of Term 6

Are you a passionate and dedicated French Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity to inspire students in a supportive and well-established secondary school? GSL Education Kent are seeking a committed French Teacher for a full-time role in Medway, starting in Term 5 and continuing until the end of Term 6.

As a French Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality language lessons that develop students’ confidence and enthusiasm for French.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and interactive French lessons that inspire students.

  • Support and challenge students to reach their full potential in a structured and inclusive learning environment.

  • Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.

  • Foster a love for languages through creative teaching methods and cultural insights.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistency and excellence in the MFL department.

  • Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and language initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.

  • Experience teaching French at the secondary level.

  • Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.

  • A passion for language learning and the ability to bring French culture into the classroom.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
