Behaviour Mentor – Hackney
Location: Hackney
Salary: £85 to £110 per day
Contract: Full-time, Long-term
Are you an experienced Behaviour Mentor looking to support students with SEN, SEMH, and additional needs? GSL Education is seeking a compassionate and proactive individual to join a diverse and welcoming school in Hackney.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and group support for students with behavioural challenges.

Assist in developing behaviour management strategies tailored to student needs.

Promote self-regulation techniques and encourage positive decision-making.

Support students with ASD, ADHD, and SEMH needs in a structured environment.

Work closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral teams to foster progress.
Requirements:

Prior experience supporting students with behavioural challenges.
-
A patient, calm, and understanding approach to managing behaviour.

Ability to build positive relationships with students.

Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
