Job Title: Cover Teacher
Location: Wareham
Salary: £120 - £150 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Part-Time, Full-Time

Responsibilities of a Cover Teacher:
- Teach engaging and structured lessons across different subjects, following pre-planned materials.
- Maintain a well-managed, positive classroom atmosphere that fosters learning.
- Guide and support students, ensuring they stay focused and engaged.
- Assess and provide feedback on student work when required.
- Communicate any concerns or important observations to the appropriate school staff.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students of all abilities.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to adapt to different subjects and age groups.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
- Have an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
- SEN experience is a bonus.
