Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – Primary Level
Location: Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire
Start Date: Immediate Availability
Salary: £83.34 – £96.00 per day
GSL Education Hull are seeking a committed and experienced Primary Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our brilliant network of primary schools in Hull for an immediate start. This role is ideal for an HLTA passionate about making a real difference in children's education and development. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality learning support to primary students across various year groups.
- Deliver pre-planned lessons and support class teachers in lesson delivery.
- Offer PPA cover when required.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assist with the assessment and monitoring of student progress.
Key Requisites:
- Hold Level 4 Teaching Assistant certification, equivalent or higher.
- Have prior experience working as an HLTA or in a similar role within a primary setting.
- Be a proactive, patient, and enthusiastic educator.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
- Possess a child workforce, enhanced DBS registered to the update service portal, or be willing to obtain one under the aforementioned conditions.
