Location: Grimsby
Salary: £31,650 - £49,084 per annum
Start Date: Easter 2025
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Are you an enthusiastic English Teacher with a passion for storytelling and language? GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a dedicated teacher to inspire students at a supportive secondary school in Grimsby.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in KS3 and KS4 English Language and Literature.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Create an inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity and critical thinking.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to department initiatives.
Requirements:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for literature and language.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply through GSL Education Lincolnshire.
