Job Title: Primary SEN Teacher
Location: Sheffield
Pay Rate: £150 - £230 per day (Depending on experience)
Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time
Start Date: Immediate

Responsibilities:
- Tailored Lessons: Design and deliver personalised lessons that cater to the individual needs of students with SEN.
- Engagement: Inspire student participation and cultivate a love for learning in a safe, inclusive setting.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teaching assistants, specialists, and families to develop effective support strategies.
- Assessment: Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting teaching methods to ensure positive outcomes.
- Holistic Growth: Foster the social, emotional, and academic development of all students under your care.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience working with primary-aged students with SEN.
- Approach: A compassionate and proactive attitude towards meeting the diverse needs of students.
- Skills: Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork abilities.
- Safeguarding: Commitment to safeguarding and child protection, with an Enhanced DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one.
