Cover Supervisor – Loughborough
£100 - £110 per day | Immediate Start | Flexible Working

Role Overview:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining a productive learning environment by:
- Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Delivering pre-set lesson materials and ensuring students remain on task.
- Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Supporting students with their learning where necessary.
Requirements:
- A strong understanding of classroom management.
- Experience working with young people, either in a school setting or similar role.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A positive and proactive approach to education.
- A valid enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
