Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment to support student progress.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, senior leadership, and parents to enhance learning outcomes.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of all students, including those with SEN.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or completion of an accredited Initial Teacher Training (ITT) program.
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to supporting students’ academic and personal development.
• Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage and inspire students.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A proactive and reflective approach to teaching and learning.
