The Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support students with SEN on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping them engage with the curriculum.
- Foster a positive, nurturing learning environment that encourages confidence and independence.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and SENCOs to implement tailored support plans.
- Help students develop social and emotional skills, promoting their overall well-being.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a school setting is highly desirable, but applications are welcome from individuals with transferable SEN skills from the care sector.
- A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach.
- The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
