Scunthorpe Teaching Assistant – SEN School (Lincolnshire)
GSL Education is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic SEN school in Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire. If you’re passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and want to make a real difference, we’d love to hear from you!
The Role:
- Supporting teachers in delivering engaging, tailored lessons for SEN pupils.
- Providing one-to-one and small group support to help children succeed academically and socially.
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive behaviour.
- Assisting with personal care when required.
- Working closely with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experience in SEN or primary education is beneficial but not essential.
- A patient, caring, and proactive approach to working with children.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A willingness to learn, adapt, and support students’ individual needs.
