The Role:

As a Teacher of History and Law, you will be responsible for:

Teaching History and Law to students across KS3, KS4, and potentially KS5.
Delivering engaging and challenging lessons that promote curiosity and critical thinking.
Encouraging a deep understanding of historical events and legal principles.
✏️ Planning and delivering high-quality lessons that cater to students of all abilities.
Assessing, tracking, and monitoring student progress to ensure high attainment levels.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to develop an inspiring and enriching curriculum.
Contributing to the school’s wider community and extra-curricular activities.

This role is ideal for a motivated, dynamic, and forward-thinking educator who is passionate about their subjects and committed to making a difference in students’ lives.


Candidate Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Have experience teaching History and/or Law at the secondary school level.
Demonstrate strong classroom management skills and an ability to engage students effectively.
Be committed to inspiring and challenging students to reach their full potential.
Have a passion for History and Law, bringing lessons to life with creativity and enthusiasm.
Be willing to contribute to the broader school community through enrichment activities.
