Responsibilities of the Class Teacher role:
- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons that inspire curiosity and a love for learning.
- Provide tailored support to students, addressing their individual academic needs and personal goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share innovative teaching strategies and resources, helping to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
Requirements for the Class Teacher role:
- QTS/PGCE or relevant teaching qualification.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to adapt to different school environments and behaviour policies.
- Ability to teach across various subjects and year groups.
- Proven experience as a teacher with excellent communication skills.
