Job Title: Academic Support for Primary
Location: Christchurch, Dorset
Salary: £12.83 per hour
Start: Immediate/Easter 2025
Contract: Full Time, Permanent (Part-time can be arranged for the right candidate)

As an Academic Support for Primary, you will:

  • Support teachers in the planning and delivery of dynamic and engaging lessons.
  • Offer individualised assistance to students, aiding them in understanding complex concepts and achieving academic excellence.
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting student participation and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create innovative teaching strategies and resources.
  • Contribute to the development of students by nurturing their social and emotional well-being.
  • Gain valuable hands-on experience in a lively educational setting, ideal for those aspiring to become teachers.

Requirements for Academic Support for Primary role:

  • Be proactive, energetic, kind, and caring towards students.
  • Flexibility to adapt to various teaching styles and environments.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • A fully checkable work history.
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to go through the process with us).
