Job title: Secondary Supply Teacher
Location: Eastleigh, Hampshire
Salary: £93 - £140 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate or Easter 2025
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Part-time can be arranged for the right candidate)

Responsibilities of Secondary Supply Teacher:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across various subjects in a secondary school setting.
- Maintain a positive and structured learning environment in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Manage classroom behaviour using effective strategies.
- Support students in their learning, ensuring they stay engaged and motivated.
- Adapt to different subjects and teaching styles as needed.
The successful candidate will:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (ECTs are welcome to apply).
- Experience teaching in a secondary school environment.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt quickly.
- A positive, flexible, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
- A commitment to safeguarding and student well-being.
- Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years, barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
