Teaching Assistant
Location: Sleaford
Salary: £85 – £100 per day

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to students across a range of subjects and help them develop their academic and social skills.
  • Assist teachers in managing classroom activities and ensuring students remain on task.
  • Provide 1:1 support to students with additional learning needs, ensuring their full participation in lessons.
  • Foster a positive and engaging learning environment to promote student development.
  • Support students during breaks, helping with social and emotional development.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience working as a Teaching Assistant (Level 2 qualification or higher is preferred).
  • Ability to work with students with various needs, including SEN or behavioural challenges.
  • Passion for supporting young people and fostering their growth in a classroom setting.
  • Strong communication skills, patience, and a calm, supportive approach.
  • An enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
