Teacher of Music
Location: Bourne
Salary: £31,650 - £49,084 per annum
Start Date: Easter 2025
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a dedicated Teacher of Music to join a reputable secondary school in Bourne. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to inspire students and contribute to a vibrant music department.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging Music lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Develop and implement a creative curriculum that fosters students' musical abilities and appreciation.
- Organize and lead extracurricular musical activities, such as choirs, bands, or school productions.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote a cohesive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Music.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students of varying abilities.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
