SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Tonbridge
Salary: £83.33 - £90 per day

With a strong focus on tailored learning and inclusive education, this role offers the chance to work alongside experienced educators and SEN specialists to support students with a range of needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students with special educational needs.
- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to meet students’ specific learning needs.
- Support students with additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
- Encourage student engagement and independence in a safe and structured classroom environment.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to ensure holistic support for students.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is highly desirable.
- A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to supporting children with diverse needs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to use creative strategies to engage and motivate students.
