Teaching Assistant
Location: Grimsby
Start Date: March 2025
Pay Rate: £85 - £100 per day
GSL Education are looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant to support children in local primary schools across Grimsby. If you’re eager to start or develop your career in education, this is a fantastic opportunity!
Your role as a Primary Teaching Assistant:
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and creating a positive learning environment.
- Work across a variety of primary schools in Grimsby, gaining valuable experience.
- Adapt activities to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEN.
- Implement positive behaviour management strategies in line with school policies.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Recent experience as a Primary Teaching Assistant working with children in a primary school setting.
✔ A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3) is desirable but not essential.
✔ Good understanding of the National Curriculum.
✔ Ability to build strong relationships with staff and students.
✔ A genuine passion for making a difference in children's learning and development.
✔ An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
