Salary: £31,650- £49,084per annum (MPS/UPS)

Newly qualified and looking for your first teaching role? GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking an Early Career Teacher (ECT) for a secondary school in Spalding.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering engaging lessons and building strong relationships with students.
- Developing your teaching skills in a supportive environment.
- Working alongside experienced teachers and mentors.
What We’re Looking For:
- A PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
- A passion for education and student development.
- A valid enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
