SEND Teacher – Richmond Upon Thames
Location: Richmond Upon Thames
Salary: £145 to £230 per day
Contract: Full-time, Long-term
Are you an experienced SEND Teacher looking to work in a supportive and inclusive school? GSL Education is seeking a passionate and committed SEND Teacher for a specialist school in Richmond Upon Thames.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of students.
- Work with students with ASD, SEMH, and other SEND conditions.
- Use creative teaching methods to enhance student engagement and progress.
- Implement EHCPs and collaborate with SENCOs and teaching assistants.
- Foster a safe and positive learning environment for all students.
Requirements:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is required.
- Experience working in SEN settings is preferred.
- Strong behaviour management and differentiation skills.
- A commitment to supporting inclusion and student development.
