SEND Teaching Assistant – Merton
Location: Merton
Salary: £90 to £110 per day
Contract: Full-time, Long-term

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide academic and emotional support to students with SEND.
- Assist teachers in adapting the curriculum to meet individual learning needs.
- Encourage positive behaviour and social interaction.
- Collaborate with the SEN team to implement personalised education plans.
Requirements:
- Previous SEND or classroom experience is beneficial.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach.
- Awareness of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
